Position: We are seeking a Facilities Operative to be based at our Benbecula campus.
Responsibilities: The post holders will provide efficient and effective care and maintenance of the Benbecula campus building and grounds as directed. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the campus and undertake minor maintenance and general upkeep. You will be required to be an Emergency First Aider at Work of which training will be provided.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates should have experience as a Janitor or equivalent and have a knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance. You must have a clean Driving License and be willing to work flexible hours when necessary. A First Aid Certificate would be advantageous.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
