Position: We are seeking Contract Management Admin Support to be based at our Thurso, Stornoway or Fort William campus.

Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for providing procurement and administrative support to the Estates & Campus Services teams. You will provide support to the planning and execution of the team's procurement exercises, contract management, liase with contractors and monitor contract expenditure.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will have experience of working in a professional office environment and dealing with people in a customer service/facing position. You will have good IT skills and the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines. Knowledge of public procurement regulations and processes would be desirable.

A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
