Outdoor adventure students activities

Students and lecturers from the Performance and Coaching team at the School of Adventure Studies will assess co-ordination, range of movement etc to provide a personalised report to take away.

This event is for anyone who trains for a sporting activity, particularly in the adventure sector eg trail runners, mountain bikers, climbers, mountaineers, paddlers, skiers, snowboarders

After a welcome from members of the School Of Adventure Studies  team, you’ll be invited to a series of stations to assess aspects of performance such as:

  • Core strength and endurance
  • Your range of active movement
  • Various dynamic activities
