About...

The course gives an introduction to the hospitality industry. In a simulated workplace setting you will gain an understanding if the Hospitality sector while developing skills for life, learning and for working in a professional environment. This course will offer the learner an opportunity to progress their skills to National 5 or full time NC 5 Professional Cookery and Hospitality courses and can assist with employment within the Hospitality Industry. You will carry out case study work and learn through role play and practical activities in vocational contexts.
