I have over 10 year of experience in hotel industry, working as a head chef. I really enjoy cooking and baking so I thought I should do it as it might help me in future if I ever decide to do my own business. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and will recommend to everyone. My skills of baking have been improved a lot and I have made new friends. There was a friendly environment, and the lecturers were great. Everyone was very helpful. It will help me whenever I decide to do my own business and in my present employment as we do fresh baking.
