If you aspire to enter the construction industry at a supervisory level, the HNC Construction Management will give you the knowledge and skills to achieve this.
The construction industry is one of the most diverse and interesting fields to work in, with careers available including: architectural technology; construction management; quantity surveying; and facility management.

Entry requirements
- 1 Scottish Higher at grade C or above, preferably Maths, Graphic Communication or a science subject OR
- 1 A level at grade D or above, preferably Maths, Physics or Graphical Communication OR
- Alternatively, NC/NQ in a construction-related subject or the completion of a Foundation Apprenticeship Civil Engineering
- Prospective students without the standard entry requirements as listed above are encouraged to apply, appropriate construction-related experience will be taken into consideration
- You may be required to attend an interview

Year 1 - HNC
Mandatory units are:

- Construction site surveying A
- Construction technology: industrial/commercial superstructure
