Nestled near Loch Alsh, the Auchtertyre Learning Centre serves the communities of Lochalsh and South Skye. Centre manager, Elaine Dickson, and her dedicated team provide personalised support and expert guidance to local students. IT suites and study spaces support students studying online, allowing learners to access a full range of part-time and full-time courses without the need to travel far from home. Additional, our popular one-day-a-week art course makes Auchtertyre a focal point for local creativity.

At the Auchtertyre Learning Centre, students have access to a range of modern facilities designed to enhance their learning experience. Our well-equipped building includes two IT suites/classrooms, providing ideal spaces for study, online classes, or meetings. Our large kitchen and dining area is perfect for socialising and taking breaks between study sessions.
In addition to supporting our students, these facilities are also available for hire. Whether you're looking to host a small meeting or an event, we can accommodate your needs.
